Welcome to the tng66 platform. This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and tng66 ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the tng66 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

1Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Member Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the tng66 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration
• Is a real individual (not a corporate entity, automated bot, or third party acting on someone else's behalf)
• Full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Voluntarily registering for personal entertainment purposes
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform

1.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. tng66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing your first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statements, or proof of current address.

Accounts found to have used false or inaccurate information will be suspended immediately, and all balances held — including the original deposit — may be forfeited at tng66's discretion depending on the severity of the fraud identified.

1.3 One Account Only

Each individual, IP address, residential address, phone number, payment method, or device is permitted to hold only one active tng66 account. Registering multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other reason is a serious breach of these terms.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your tng66 account password confidential. tng66 will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or WhatsApp. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the tng66 support team immediately via support@tng66.site.

2Deposits & Withdrawals

2.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Tng66 accepts deposits through the following payment methods only, all in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

Tng66 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for your deposit must be registered under the same name as your tng66 account. Deposits from another person's account, even with their consent, are not accepted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

2.2 Withdrawal Process

To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) at least once. Withdrawals are processed according to the following schedule:

• E-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, ShopeePay, Boost): 3 to 10 minutes after approval
• FPX bank transfer: 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on bank operating hours
• VIP Gold members and above: Priority instant withdrawals across all methods

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 across all methods. The daily withdrawal limit for standard accounts is RM 20,000. This limit may be raised for tng66 VIP members depending on their membership tier.

2.3 Withdrawal Terms

For every deposit, tng66 requires members to place at least one round of bets equal to or exceeding the deposit amount before a withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard industry measure for anti-money laundering compliance. This requirement does not apply to accounts that have never received any bonus.

3Bonus & Promotions Terms

3.1 tng66 Welcome Bonus

The tng66 Welcome Bonus of up to RM 888 is offered to new members who make their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a 15x rollover requirement based on the total of the deposit plus the bonus. For example, if you deposit RM 100 and receive a RM 100 bonus, you must place total bets of RM 3,000 (15 × RM 200) before the balance can be withdrawn.

Bets that count towards the bonus rollover include all casino games, slots, Sports Betting (minimum odds 1.50), and virtual sports. Bets that do not count include ties in baccarat, cancelled bets, and bets that violate any bonus terms.

3.2 Ongoing Promotions

Every available tng66 promotion — including weekly cashback, weekend reload bonuses, and referral bonuses — has specific terms stated on the respective promotions page. These terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and carry equal force.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless the specific terms explicitly state otherwise
• Tng66 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer without prior notice
• Promotion abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in all bonuses being voided and the accounts involved being suspended

3.3 Referral Bonus

Tng66 members who refer a friend to register and make a minimum first deposit of RM 50 are eligible to receive a RM 30 referral bonus. The referral bonus is credited once the friend's first deposit is confirmed, and requests are processed within 48 hours. The referral bonus is capped at RM 500 per month per account, equivalent to 16 successful referrals.

4Game Rules

4.1 Casino Games & Slots

All games offered on the tng66 platform — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, sic bo, and slots — have their own specific rules displayed within each game interface. These rules form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Tng66 uses game engines from internationally audited and certified providers. RNG game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is documented evidence of a verified technical fault. For live games, full session recordings are retained for 90 days and may be reviewed in the event of a legitimate dispute.

4.2 Sports Betting

Sports Betting on tng66 is subject to the following additional rules:

• Accepted bets are final unless there is a clear technical error on tng66's part
• If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its originally scheduled time, all bets will be refunded
• Odds may change until a bet is confirmed in the system — the odds at the time of confirmation apply, not the odds shown when you clicked the button
• Tng66 reserves the right to void bets that are clearly the result of an odds pricing error and will refund the full stake amount
• For live betting, tng66 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time should unusual circumstances arise during a match

4.3 Virtual Sports

Tng66 Virtual Sports results are generated by an independently audited RNG engine. All results are final once the simulation concludes and cannot be disputed on the basis of personal perceptions of probability. Virtual sports game cycles cannot be stopped or altered by any party once betting has closed.

5Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tng66 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's name, date of birth, or personal details without their consent
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account in your own name, in the name of a household family member, or using different information for the same purpose
• Money Laundering: Using the tng66 platform for money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law
• Technical Exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using false information, or colluding with other members to claim bonuses you are not entitled to
• Account Selling: Selling, transferring, or granting access to your tng66 account to another individual for any reason
• Threats or Harassment: Threatening or harassing tng66 support staff, other players, or any party associated with the platform

6Account Closure & Suspension

6.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your tng66 account at any time by contacting the support team via email at support@tng66.site. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to you via the same method as your last deposit within 5 business days.

6.2 Suspension by tng66

Tng66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• A breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions is detected
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Registration information found to be inaccurate or falsified
• Requests from Malaysian authorities or relevant regulatory bodies
• Exploiting technical errors or obvious odds mistakes

In cases of suspension pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. tng66's decision following the investigation is final for matters involving a breach of terms.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who need a break from the platform may activate self-exclusion from their account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year. 7Liability Limit

Tng66 is committed to providing a secure, fair, and fully functional platform. However, tng66 cannot be held liable for losses arising from the following:

• Service disruptions or failures caused by internet service providers, telecommunications infrastructure, or events beyond our control (force majeure)
• Financial losses arising from games conducted fairly in accordance with the applicable game rules
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password secure
• Decisions made by members based on a misunderstanding of game rules that have been clearly stated

In all cases where tng66's liability is acknowledged, the maximum amount tng66 is liable for shall not exceed the total deposits you made in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

7.1 Game Results

All game outcomes generated by an audited RNG engine, or produced by a live dealer under normal conditions, are final and cannot be disputed. tng66 will only reconsider a game result if there is substantial evidence of a technical fault verifiable through system logs or recordings. Review requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the result being declared.

8Terms Amendment

Tng66 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material amendments — meaning changes that directly affect the rights or obligations of members — will be communicated to members at least 7 days before it takes effect, via:

• Email to the address registered on your tng66 account
• In-platform notifications on tng66 upon login
• Updates to this Terms & Conditions page with a clearly displayed update date

Your continued use of the tng66 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date and withdraw your remaining balance.
